Is there a minimum order?

No, BIG JAKE’S does not require a minimum order.

What if my product arrives broken?

Because our products are packed in glass, there is a risk that damage due to shipping could occur. We take many precautions to prevent damage. However, in the event that you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us and we will replace the item or issue a credit in the correct amount. If you realize that the product has been damaged upon delivery, please advise the UPS driver.

What if I want my shipment quicker?

UPS offers a variety of delivery options. When you are either adding items to your grill or viewing your grill you may choose an option that best suits your needs. You may use the handy “estimate shipping charges” to help make your decision.

How much is shipping?

To find out how much your shipping charge will be, go to your grill/shopping cart and click on “check shipping cost” and enter your zip code to get an estimated cost for your shipment.

Can I mix and match barbeque sauces to “create” my order or to make a full case?

Please do! At BIG JAKE’S we encourage you to sample all of our products; we are an equal opportunity manufacturer.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied or change my mind?

No problem! If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will be happy to replace or refund it. Fill out the contact us form and a sales representative will contact you as soon as possible.
